sneak peek

hello :)

here is a little sneak peek of a couple projects I am working on this week.

My friend hannah and I are working on teaching our first class! yay! I'm so pumped!

and the art is for an auction that is going on during the class.

Hannah and I have have been working non stop the past couple days. It's been crazy!

Saturday my friend, Corey, has put together an event called the 6th Day Art Exhibit (thus called for the day that God created man and all of his gifts and talents). There are going to be 6 different classes that you can take three of: poetry, painting, music production, photography, arts and crafts, and graphic design.

Corey asked me and hannah to do arts and crafts and we are teaching how to make woven bags :). They are sooo cute. We are extremely excited!

trees and sticks and leaves

so tuesday my sweet little sister agreed to be in some pictures for me for this new project I'm working on :). She seemed a little nervous on our way there, she wasn't talking, She was just sitting there looking puzzled, she had her thinking face on. As we were walking to our field local I said "look trees" and finally she says "and sticks" and I said "and leaves" and she said "leaves." (she loves leaves haha)...it was so cute. which may sound strange but she is so cute with it, she will go and pick all these leaves off our bushes...but anyway enough creepy sisterness...she ended up having so much fun picking the flowers and running around it was great.

so my mother is always good for some words of wisdom, and I realized that I should be spending more of my time arting, updating, and sharing some of who God has created me to be instead of being a lazy couch bum. although her words were not for me, they struck home pretty hard. so, hopefully there will be a lot more of me on here. the few who actually read this, okay maybe just a couple hehe, please please please please hold me comment or phone call accountable to this calling. :).
